Kellie’s research involves examining shoulder safety in wheelchair users. She is using motion capture, EMG, and rigid body modeling to create musculoskeletal models of the shoulder during exercise to investigate shoulder safety and prevent shoulder injury in wheelchair users during handcycling exercise. Below is one of these models.
