Congratulations to Sam on a recent publication! This project aimed to describe misoprostol pharmacokinetics and anti-inflammatory efficacy when administered orally or per rectum in endotoxin-challenged horses. Specifically, Sam did all the qPCR stuff for this paper, checking to see if the drugs changed gene expression of certain cytokines.
