As mentioned, previous work has involved quantifying the kinetics (applied forces at the handle) during recumbent handcycling HIIT and MICT. This paper can be found here.
We examined the minimum and maximum joint angles during propulsion and compared them between HIIT and MICT and between timepoint 1 and following timepoints within HIIT and MICT. These discrete graphs can be found below.
We also examined mean torque magnitude at each timepoint and exercise, which can be found below:
